Established in 2020Pearce Wroe, PE started the Stormwater Shoppe because he was disappointed in how stormwater management was being carried out. It often generated more complaints than compliments. Pearce decided to turn his personal mission into a business and to start making people happy about stormwater management.

Our Team
Pearce Wroe, PE, CBLP
Founder
Pearce has been practicing stormwater engineering since graduating with a BS in civil engineering from the University of Maryland in 2006, but he has loved playing in the rain, streams and ponds for much longer. His passion for a beautiful natural world through stormwater management guides his practice and sometimes annoys his friends and family who don't feel quite as strongly about it.
